Who is FSM?

Forest Sustainability Malaysia Sdn. Bhd (FSM) is a legally established body in Malaysia with a key objective to provide a platform for making FSC more accessible and locally appropriate in Malaysia.

What does FSM do?

FSM provides a mechanism in making FSC more accessible and locally appropriate through the following platforms: (1) develop the FSC National Standards, (2) promote and create demands for FSC products, (3) encourage local participation of individuals and organisations to join FSC, (4) strengthens the network of interested stakeholders and (5) enhance the credibility of FSC accredited certification bodies in Malaysia.

Do we have a Malaysian FSC Certification Standard?

FSM is currently leading the development of a Malaysian FSC Principles and Criteria for Forest Management Certification. Learn more about our National Standards Development initiative.

Who can get involved with the work of FSM?
